This window is in our guest room. It’s our A/C – we sleep with it open, bliss. It’s our fridge – it keeps our milk fresh for morning tea. And it’s our dryer for escaped socks. Not too shabby!

Making it work
When the locals are talking and maybe you don’t exactly understand, this is what seems to work: smile big, nod, while saying ” oh aye, indeed, sure that’s grand. Cheerio then.”
Signs and wonders
Barber shops on every second corner, kinda old school.
peanut butter and marmite together? Nooooo!
This was a fluke- rolled the window down, snap, viola! Lovely.
Armagh Planetarium
Visited the Armagh Planetarium. A lot of interesting things.
Armagh
Today we traveled around Lough Neagh, then down to Armagh, then on to Newry and then around the Mourne Mountains and then back to Belfast. About 200 miles worth. Armagh is an old city. My great grandparents on my Mom’s and Dad’s side are from Armagh. The First Presbyterian Church of Armagh was established in 1673. Right next door is the Gospel Hall of the Plymouth Brethren going back to 1884. A lot of history here. Right across the road was the Faith Mission bookstore. I’m afraid that it was just not up to standard. Across the road also I saw a poster on the wall with our VBS theme. Pretty cool.
