This bakery is located in Ambleside. It used to be the old school next to the church. The school operated from 1660 to 1854. The building is still the same. Ambleside is where Wordsworth lived and is a very beautiful busy village in the Lake District. We stayed 4 miles or so up the road in Grasmere. The shop is so small we had to line up and go in single file and place our order.
